When and where do the interviews take place?

Your comfort is our priority. Interviews generally take place via a video call or wherever you or your loved one feels most at ease—typically in the familiar surroundings of your home. Our dedicated interviewers can travel anywhere throughout England and Wales to meet with you (at extra cost).

We encourage beginning your first session promptly, then thoughtfully space subsequent interviews to allow time for reflection and the emergence of new memories.

What if I want a longer story or if three interviews aren't enough?

We want each of our clients to get the result they are happy with, and we are very flexible in offering custom solutions. In our experience, 6 hours is sufficient for most clients, but if desired, we can agree on additional interview hours and thus produce an even longer and more comprehensive book.

What will the upcoming book be like?

If you choose our base package, all of our books are hardcover and professionally designed and laid out. We also include photos of your choice in the book. If you choose our amazon package, the printing will be carried out by them.

How many books will I get?

Each base package order comes with one book. You have the option to order as many additional books as you wish during the project or later. For smaller editions, the price of one additional book is usually around £60, for larger editions the price is negotiable.

How long does it take to complete a book?

From your first interview to holding your finished book in your hands, the journey typically takes 3 months. Need your story sooner? With our express option, we can deliver your completed biography in just 6 weeks.

If I already have stories written, then what does the process look like?

We invite you to review the written content at key stages. Together, we'll discuss any editorial refinements needed and identify opportunities to enrich your story through our personalized interview process.
